Medicine Man: This pictograph symbol represents a medicine man which a third buffalo horn is earn upon entering the spirit world.
Eagle feathers in the background are hung on cedar trees or old cedar trees through a ceremony with a loved one who entered the spirit world and that feather is given food offerings until it become part of Mother Earth.
